About the Role
You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for API and Console products. You will manage the B2B API lifecycle, improve developer experience and documentation, define requirements, organize the backlog, support Scrum events, monitor performance, create user resources, communicate product updates, and analyze KPIs.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in a product-related role
- Proven experience launching and managing successful B2B products
- Direct experience managing API products
- Understanding of API design and software development processes
- Experience working with cross-functional development teams in an Agile environment
- Experience with Scrum or Kanban methodologies
- Interest in Cryptocurrency Web3 or TradFi ecosystems is a plus
- Experience in remittance payments technology or fintech is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of product management techniques including user story writing prioritization and data analysis
- Understanding of financial statements business models and revenue streams is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision strategy and roadmap for API and Console products
- Drive the B2B API lifecycle
- Improve developer experience integration documentation versioning and scalability
- Identify product problems and feature opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering design marketing and legal stakeholders
- Write user stories and detailed specifications
- Manage and prioritize Jira tickets
- Participate in Scrum events
- Monitor product performance and analyze data
- Create and update API documentation FAQs playbooks and user guides
- Communicate product updates and performance to stakeholders
- Define track and analyze product KPIs
