About the Role
You will run the dashboard as a product and own the self-serve growth engine from signup through paid usage. You will improve documentation, SDKs, onboarding, error messages, and developer workflows; build agent experiences around MCP and machine-readable documentation; lead experimentation; analyze warehouse data; and work directly with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years in product
- Deep experience with developer platforms APIs or infrastructure
- Direct ownership of a developer dashboard or console
- Proven product-led growth leadership
- Rigorous experimentation practice
- Strong data analysis and instrumentation skills
- Ability to drive outcomes across engineering design documentation marketing sales and finance
- Customer-facing discovery experience
- Technical ability to build with APIs prototype with AI agents and read code
Responsibilities
- Own signup app creation key creation usage visibility upgrades and team management
- Improve the developer experience across documentation SDKs quickstarts errors and testnet flows
- Design and optimize the self-serve product journey
- Own product-led growth from first API call to scaled production spend
- Build the AI agent experience across MCP server agent skills and machine-readable documentation
- Build experimentation and holdout tooling
- Run pricing packaging and onboarding tests
- Analyze funnel and cohort data in the warehouse
- Conduct customer discovery and support developers through integrations
