Requirements
- Proven product ownership experience
- Experience owning supplier contracts, merchant terms, and pricing
- Ability to review and draft contract language
- Technical experience coding or working directly with code
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams
- Experience engaging enterprise customers and building relationships
- Experience using analytics to inform product decisions
- Strong communication and commercial insight
Responsibilities
- Own product streams end to end
- Shape and execute product vision
- Make strategic product decisions daily
- Maintain supplier contracts and pricing agreements
- Review and draft contract amendments
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Partner with engineering and clarify technical requirements
- Engage and visit enterprise customers
- Coordinate product rollouts, documentation, and training
- Use analytics to measure performance and drive improvements
