About the Role
You will take full ownership of a SaaS product and be accountable for its success. You will analyze product vision and metrics, define and prioritize the backlog, and create a roadmap informed by market and on-chain analysis. You will coordinate requirements, finalize metric definitions and dependencies, and work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver iterative product improvements. You will make data-driven decisions, take calculated risks, and self-organize effectively in a remote-first environment.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full product lifecycle execution experience, preferably in crypto
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to turn ideas into reality
- Technical proficiency in data architecture and agile methods
- Ability to self-organize in a remote-first work environment
- Knowledge of the global cryptocurrency market
- Familiarity with SaaS and cloud technologies and subscription models
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
- Strong critical thinking, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Team player and confident decision maker
