About the Role
You will join the Sightline and Agentic Trust team as the single point of accountability for synthesizing incoming product requests and major escalations, making sure they're properly prioritized and folded into key product initiatives. You'll partner closely with account management, product, and engineering to quickly unblock high-stakes customer situations, absorbing reactive noise and ad-hoc requests before they reach research and engineering teams. You'll identify high-impact, low-effort improvements and drive them to completion, translating vague goals into scoped deliverables with clear owners, timelines, and success criteria. You'll own the product request management process end to end, driving progress across teams even where you have no direct authority, and you'll build deep working knowledge of the product so you understand how it works, where it breaks, and what customers care about most.
Requirements
- 5+ years in project management / product management / customer success roles with a track record of delivering results for SaaS enterprise products
- Experience navigating ambiguous, high-pressure environments where requirements were not handed to you neatly
- Proven ability to drive outcomes without direct authority
- Strong prioritisation instincts, knowing the difference between urgent and important
- Experience working in or very closely with a product and engineering organisation
- Understanding of how organisations actually work, formal and informal power, competing priorities, political dynamics
- Ability to negotiate resource and priority trade-offs with managers across functions
- Ability to read situations quickly and adapt communication style to the audience
- Fast learner and strong technical background, ability to quickly onboard with complex systems and environments
- Background in customer support or customer success is a strong asset
- Experience in fraud/abuse mitigation, technical background or software development experience, and/or exposure to Agentic AI or machine-learning-powered products (desired)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities (desired)
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and architectures (desired)
- Prior experience working in a high-growth or late-stage startup environment (desired)
Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of accountability synthesizing incoming product requests and major escalations
- Ensure requests are appropriately prioritized and integrated into key product initiatives
- Partner with account management, product, and engineering to unblock high-stakes customer situations quickly
- Absorb reactive noise, ad-hoc requests, one-off escalations, and internal pressure before it reaches research and engineering teams
- Identify and prioritize high-impact, low-effort improvements and drive shipping them
- Translate vague, high-level goals into scoped deliverables with clear owners, timelines, and success criteria
- Drive delivery of initiatives from kickoff through launch
- Own the process of product requests management
- Drive progress across teams where you have influence but no direct authority
- Chase owners, enforce commitments, and make the status of every initiative visible
- Develop a deep working knowledge of the product
