About the Role

You will define the Growth strategy and roadmap, build product-led growth loops, and turn ambiguous concepts into measurable product experiences. You will partner with engineering, design, data, marketing, and go-to-market colleagues to improve acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, and expansion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Experience shipping growth, activation, or product-led growth products
• Knowledge of funnels, activation, retention, virality, and lifecycle
• Experience with data-driven experimentation and funnel instrumentation
• Product strategy and detailed product execution skills
• Interest in AI and enterprise software
• Cross-functional communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Growth product strategy and roadmap
• Own the product-led growth motion from acquisition through self-serve expansion
• Build growth capabilities including referrals, invitations, notifications, in-product education, and lifecycle messaging
• Drive growth across browser extension, email, Slack, Teams, mobile, and other entry points
• Translate concepts into scoped products and experiments with measurable outcomes
• Define activation and retention metrics, instrument funnels, and run A/B tests
• Prioritize customer needs and execute efficiently
• Collaborate with go-to-market, marketing, solutions, and support stakeholders
• Specify onboarding flows, UI behavior, and adoption paths
