About the Role

Lead the expansion and management of global fiat payment channels, including payment gateways, settlement partners, banks, and local payment service providers. Build and optimize stable, secure, and compliant on- and off-ramp payment systems across regions; negotiate, contract, and integrate with partners; manage vendor onboarding through go-live; monitor regulations and market trends; assess risks; and improve payment performance, cost efficiency, and user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, International Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of payments industry experience.
• Deep understanding of global payment ecosystems and channels, including card schemes, local wallets, and bank transfers.
• Experience integrating fiat on- and off-ramp vendors for crypto exchanges or cross-border financial institutions.
• Knowledge of payment processing, settlement flows, and compliance frameworks, including AML and KYC.
• Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• English proficiency, communication skills, and negotiation skills.
• Current right to work in Singapore without requiring visa sponsorship.
• Experience sourcing and launching regional payment channels is preferred.
• Familiarity with payment landscapes in Southeast Asia, LATAM, the Middle East, or Africa is preferred.
• Experience with global card schemes or major local payment networks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the expansion and management of global fiat payment channels, including payment gateways, settlement partners, banks, and local payment service providers.
• Build and optimize stable, secure, and compliant on- and off-ramp payment systems across multiple regions.
• Drive business negotiations, contracting, and technical integrations with global payment partners.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding of fiat on- and off-ramp vendors from requirement analysis through integration, testing, and go-live.
• Monitor global payment regulations and market trends and provide strategic insights and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance stakeholders to ensure seamless payment operations and compliance.
• Analyze payment performance data and improve conversion rates, cost efficiency, and user experience.
