About the Role
Own the data and execution layer for Ramp's AI-powered go-to-market platform, including agentic tooling, data contracts, pipelines, account scoring and routing, data acquisition, and evaluation systems.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of product experience or 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience building AI tools or agents
- Technical fluency with Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex
- Working knowledge of prompting, embeddings, retrieval, and evaluations
- SQL proficiency
- Data analysis skills
- Systems thinking
- Ability to work in 0-to-1 environments
- GTM operational knowledge
- Knowledge of CRM data models, sales engagement tools, pipeline data, and intent signals
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Build agentic tooling for SDR, solutions, and channel workflows
- Define GTM data contracts, schemas, and pipelines
- Own account scoring, routing, and assignment
- Drive new data acquisitions
- Ensure AI data is accurate and trustworthy
- Define evaluation frameworks and feedback systems
- Build dashboards to measure adoption and impact
- Understand GTM workflows and incentives
- Prioritize problems and build foundational systems
