About the Role
You will own the AI strategy, product roadmap, and architecture direction for the customer enablement agent suite. You will define data inputs, retrieval sources, agent behaviors, knowledge structures, and quality evaluations. You will drive adoption, embed insights into field tools, identify predictive account signals, and turn analytics into actionable enablement recommendations.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, GTM Program Management, or Sales Operations in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Experience managing complex workstreams and delivering global field motions
- Fluency with RAG pipelines, agents, and LLM-powered workflows
- Experience owning a product or system area end to end
- Experience defining metrics, running experiments, and using analytics
- Experience working across Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams
- Expertise using data dashboards
- Familiarity with education technology or customer training
- Familiarity with schemas, metadata, and modular knowledge content
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and architecture direction for the customer enablement agent suite
- Lead the rollout and drive field adoption of the agent suite
- Structure the enablement knowledge base for retrieval
- Define account, learning, and usage signals that trigger enablement opportunities
- Embed enablement calls-to-action and insights into field tools
- Define predictive account-health and skills-gap analytics
- Establish evaluation and quality loops for agent outputs
