About the Role

You will partner with engineers and customers to build and ship enterprise AI agents. You will assess customer requirements, deliver demonstrations, solve technical business-process challenges, improve virtual agents, advise customers, and scope new product features.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in product development for highly technical products
• Experience in product management or similar product development roles at or above Senior Product Manager level
• Experience crafting and tailoring messages for potential customers, including executives
• Ability to communicate highly technical concepts and recent AI developments to technical and non-technical audiences
• Professional fluency in French and English
• Technical or related degree, or equivalent professional experience

• Prepare and present agent demonstrations
• Address technical business-process challenges with customer technical counterparts
• Develop and improve virtual agents for customer needs and processes
• Advise customers on strategic technical strategies
