About the Role
You will set product direction for human data tooling, prioritizing labeling interfaces, infrastructure, data quality, and operational visibility. You will partner with engineering, research, data operations, crowdworkers, and vendors to ship scalable systems and measure their outcomes.
Requirements
- Have experience shipping products that require understanding technical constraints
- Have experience working directly with research teams, ideally in AI or ML contexts
- Understand crowdworker workflows and data quality methodology
- Understand complex technical systems at a high level
- Have interest in human interaction with AI systems and high-quality data design
- Have 5+ years of product management experience launching and scaling products
Responsibilities
- Own product direction and prioritization for human data tooling
- Partner with engineering to scope and ship products quickly
- Identify high-leverage tooling investments from research and training approaches
- Turn one-off requests into reusable infrastructure
- Gather pain points from crowdworkers and vendors
- Define and track launch speed, data quality, and model-evaluation KPIs
