About the Role
You will shape product vision and design strategy, own cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch, and turn ambiguous user and business problems into design frameworks, journeys, and high-fidelity prototypes. You will conduct research, evolve design systems, mentor designers, and improve product workflows while balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience with complex consumer-facing digital products
- Experience leading end-to-end design initiatives from strategy through launch
- Experience building or scaling design systems
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic problem framing high-quality execution and shipped work
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools
- Experience collaborating with product engineering and executive stakeholders
- Understanding of technical constraints and trade-offs
- Communication skills
Responsibilities
- Shape product vision strategy and long-term roadmap

- Translate business and user problems into design frameworks user journeys and high-fidelity prototypes
- Articulate design rationale grounded in user insights data and business objectives
- Conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research
- Establish scale and evolve design systems
- Mentor designers and cross-functional partners through critique feedback and guidance
- Champion user-centric decisions while balancing technical constraints and business priorities
- Identify opportunities to improve product experiences workflows and internal processes
- Apply emerging design patterns technologies and industry trends
