About the Role
You will lead product design from research and concepts through polished prototypes. You will translate requirements and AI capabilities into user-centred workflows, conduct research, create specifications, validate designs, collaborate with engineers, and verify the user experience before release.
Requirements
- Degree in design HCI or a related discipline or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of product design UX/UI design or similar experience in SaaS or enterprise software
- Figma expertise
- Experience with modern design systems
- Portfolio of user-centred enterprise or complex workflow design
- Communication skills
- Organisational and prioritisation skills
- Experience working with product managers and engineers in Agile environments
- Prototyping skills
Responsibilities
- Influence roadmap priorities through customer empathy and design thinking
- Translate product requirements and AI capabilities into user-centred designs
- Conduct user research and design workshops
- Lead kick-off and playback sessions
- Produce design specifications
- Create wireframes flows and prototypes
- Validate and refine designs with stakeholders and end users
- Collaborate with engineers on implementation
- Review functionality and UX before release
- Maintain product design consistency
