Iron was acquired by MoonPay in Q1 2025 and has since become MoonPay Enterprise. The current platform provides stablecoin-focused enterprise workflows including named virtual accounts and fiat collection, institutional stablecoin trading and FX/OTC conversion, stablecoin-to-fiat payouts through local banking rails, and fiat-backed stablecoin issuance with minting, redemption, compliance, onboarding, and distribution infrastructure. It serves wallets, payment service providers, fintechs, enterprises, marketplaces, and crypto platforms.

About the Role
You will lead high-profile projects from concept through delivery, creating hands-on work across brand, product, motion, AI video, and go-to-market campaigns. You will uphold design standards, collaborate with cross-functional partners, present work to stakeholders, and mentor designers through reviews and feedback.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional design experience
- Strong portfolio of high-profile work
- Experience in web3, blockchain, fintech, AI, or emerging technology companies
- Ability to lead complex multidisciplinary projects as a hands-on contributor
- Experience creating broadcast-quality advertisements with AI-driven design tools and traditional methods
- Command of branding, digital design, UX/UI, motion, and visual storytelling
- Experience with design systems and scalable visual frameworks
- Communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with WebGL, GSAP, or Three.js
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field

- Own top-priority MoonPay and partner projects from concept through delivery
- Lead creative direction for launches and go-to-market campaigns
- Create hands-on work across brand, product, motion, and AI video
- Uphold design standards and visual identity with the Executive Creative Director
- Mentor designers through design reviews, feedback, and guidance
- Collaborate with project managers, strategists, and developers
- Present creative work to stakeholders, clients, and partners
- Apply current design trends, tools, and AI workflows
