About the Role

You will combine UX research and product design to develop legal intelligence products for enterprise users. You will create mock-ups and prototypes, collaborate with engineers and product managers, interview customers, conduct research studies, synthesize findings, and present research-based product marketing materials.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of UX design experience, preferably in technology or legal technology
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality products in ambiguous and deadline-driven environments
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design expertise
  • Analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Adobe XD, Sketch, and Figma
  • Interest in AI, legal technology, transformation, or disruptive service models
  • Relevant academic background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a similar field
  • Ability and willingness to work on-site in the Palo Alto office five days per week

Responsibilities

  • Create and refine design mock-ups and prototypes using tools such as Figma
  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure technically feasible designs aligned with business objectives
  • Advocate for user-centered design throughout development
  • Develop and present product marketing materials that communicate research insights and customer value
  • Conduct customer interviews and time-and-motion studies with design partners
  • Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and intuitive user-centered designs
  • Conduct UX research using surveys, focus groups, field studies, usability tests, and one-to-one interviews when needed
