About the Role
You will create and adapt motion assets for paid social advertising. You will turn brand motion into performance-native variants, build original animated assets, optimize hooks using performance signals, test concepts, and adapt work for Meta and TikTok placements.
Requirements
- Portfolio of short-form video advertising motion for Meta, TikTok, or comparable performance work
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere
- CapCut
- Direct-response creative knowledge
- Ability to produce a high volume of variants
- Ability to extend an existing brand system
- Eligibility to work in the US
Responsibilities
- Rework brand motion into performance-native ad variants for Meta and TikTok
- Create original motion assets for paid advertising
- Design motion hooks for the first second of ads
- Produce iterations of successful concepts for creative testing
- Adapt motion for Stories, Reels, and Feed placements
- Develop original creative concepts and angles
- Maintain brand coherence while optimizing performance
