About the Role
You will design and animate paid creative for international markets, adapt growth creative for UK and EU audiences, and partner with performance marketing. You will test creative using performance data, build scalable design systems and automations, and explore AI-native production workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of visual design, motion design, or creative production experience
- Portfolio demonstrating static and motion work
- Experience creating performance-driven creative for paid acquisition
- Knowledge of advertising for UK and EU markets
- Ability to use performance data and business outcomes as creative feedback
- Ability to collaborate across time zones
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite including After Effects
- Ability to work from the London office
Responsibilities
- Design and animate paid creative across static and motion formats
- Create and localize ads for Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging channels
- Adapt growth creative for international audiences
- Develop scalable design and motion systems
- Create hooks, headlines, visual treatments, and creative variants
- Partner with performance marketing, copywriters, and product marketers
- Iterate creative using performance data
- Build templates, automations, AI workflows, and creative systems
- Explore production tools and AI-native workflows
- Evolve international growth-marketing creative
