About the Role
You will own enterprise design from problem framing through shipped outcomes and iteration. You will design governance, compliance, identity, billing, analytics, and reporting workflows; work with technical constraints; build prototypes; incorporate enterprise customer feedback; establish a coherent design vision; and influence product and engineering decisions.
Requirements
- Experience designing complex large-scale product surfaces
- Technical fluency in APIs, integrations, services, widgets, and developer hubs
- Systems thinking for enterprise identity, compliance, scale constraints, and multi-step workflows
- Ability to operate in ambiguous and fast-moving problem spaces
- Excellent communication in design reviews and cross-functional decision making
- Experience designing for trust, transparency, and user control
- Experience using user and customer feedback to meet enterprise needs
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise design from problem framing through iteration
- Design governance and compliance systems for administrators and legal teams
- Design permission models, audit logs, workspace setup, identity, billing, analytics, and reporting workflows
- Work with APIs, integrations, widget architectures, developer hubs, and backend constraints
- Build prototypes and iterate using enterprise customer feedback
- Set a design vision and maintain coherent enterprise mental models
