About the Role
You will own the end-to-end developer-platform experience. You will research technical users, design integration touchpoints and workflows, create prototypes and specifications, collaborate with product and engineering, and measure developer adoption and integration velocity.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience designing complex software solutions
- Portfolio simplifying technical workflows
- Knowledge of developer mental models
- Knowledge of REST API, webhook, SDK, and code-based workflows
- Ability to read code and inspect JSON payloads
- Familiarity with payments, banking, or enterprise financial services
- User research, prototyping, and usability testing
Responsibilities
- Define developer-domain problem statements, journeys, and product visions
- Conduct user research with technical audiences
- Design API documentation, sandboxes, SDKs, webhooks, and dashboard tools
- Optimize integration workflows and production go-lives
- Create API mental models, naming standards, and error-handling patterns
- Design interfaces for AI-assisted and agent-based integrations
- Produce wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications
- Measure and improve developer adoption and integration velocity
