About the Role
You will learn complex technical workflows and customer usage across the product. You will own ambiguous problem areas, work with Product and Engineering to establish clear direction, and ship iteratively. You will develop AI-native interaction patterns and contribute ideas that improve product quality and workflow design.

- 5+ years of product design experience
- Product and design judgment

- B2B or enterprise product design experience
- Experience designing technical products and workflows
- Knowledge of AI products and tooling
- Experience shipping in high-velocity product organizations
