About the Role
You will own end-to-end design for core product areas, from discovery through launch and iteration. You will simplify complex technical workflows, create polished flows, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and production-ready specifications. You will partner with Engineering and Product, use customer and usability insights to improve experiences, and contribute to the design system.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, visual craft, interaction design, systems thinking, and complex-product simplification
- Strong product judgment
- Visual and interaction design skills
- Experience working with engineers and product managers on technically complex products
- Ability to understand APIs, infrastructure, cloud platforms, deployment, observability, usage-based pricing, or AI/ML systems
- Experience using qualitative and quantitative insights
- Communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for core product areas from discovery through launch and iteration
- Turn complex infrastructure workflows into intuitive user experiences
- Identify UX problems, frame tradeoffs, propose solutions, and drive decisions
- Partner with Engineering and Product to shape direction and ship high-quality experiences
- Create flows, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, interaction patterns, and production-ready specifications
- Improve information architecture, visual design, interaction design, UX writing, accessibility, and edge cases
- Use customer conversations, usability testing, analytics, and support feedback to improve the experience
- Contribute to the design system
- Create thoughtful defaults, clear feedback, and elegant interactions
