About the Role
You will own end-to-end UX and UI design for AI-native platforms, collaborative data environments, agentic workflows, and permission-controlled data sharing. You will translate complex technical and security requirements into clear product concepts, wireframes, prototypes, components, and UI copy. You will partner with engineering and stakeholders to shape strategy, assess tradeoffs, refine roadmaps, and establish scalable design patterns. You will also mentor designers and champion responsible AI-first, human-centered design.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience, including 3+ years in complex enterprise or technical domains
- Technical fluency in working with engineering and system architecture
- Experience designing agentic and collaborative workflows with shared state
- Experience designing complex workflows and security-focused systems
- Strong visual design skills for technical interfaces
- Design leadership and mentorship experience
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end UX and UI design across AI-native platforms and secure data-sharing experiences
- Translate high-level workflows into low-fidelity mockups
- Design secure-by-default interaction patterns for data visibility, access control, and sharing
- Evaluate tradeoffs between technical complexity and user value
- Lead strategic design for cohesive, scalable data-platform workflows
- Partner with engineering on technical constraints, backend logic, and feature execution
- Translate technical and security requirements into high-fidelity product concepts
- Create prototypes, component documentation, and UI copy
- Champion responsible AI use in human-centered design
- Establish and evolve scalable design patterns and principles
