About the Role

You will turn research and cross-functional needs into product designs. You will create workflows, interactions, wireframes, user flows, journey maps, mockups, prototypes, and evaluative research. You will represent user needs, shape design direction, facilitate reviews and workshops, mentor designers, and use qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions.

Requirements

• At least five years of product design, interaction design, UX design, or related experience
• Communication and design advocacy
• Cross-functional collaboration
• User-centered design methodology
• Experimentation and research techniques
• Design portfolio

Responsibilities

• Synthesize product, engineering, and marketing needs into design deliverables
• Translate research insights into product and feature ideas, workflows, and interactions
• Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and evaluative research
• Partner with product and engineering to define initiatives and solutions
• Collaborate with UX research, UX writing, brand, and product leadership on design vision
• Facilitate design reviews, presentations, and design-thinking workshops
• Mentor designers on craft, quality, experience, and processes
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions
