About the Role
You will own complex account, asset, compliance, and support journeys from problem definition through polished delivery. You will design AI-powered customer and internal-tool experiences, create research-backed design artifacts, work with cross-functional partners, and improve design quality for high-consequence products.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience shipping end-to-end design solutions in cross-functional tech teams.
- Experience designing complex, multi-step flows.
- Strong design craft, product thinking, interaction design, and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance.
- Fluency and enthusiasm for AI tools and AI-driven experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end account, asset, compliance, or support journeys.
- Design AI-powered customer support, assistant, and internal-tool experiences.
- Balance regulatory and security requirements with user experience.
- Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
- Use AI to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and decision-making.
- Shape design vision and influence product roadmaps.
- Lead design reviews, critiques, and workshops.
