About the Role
You will design and analyze product experiments, own analytics for product growth and quality, and surface insights that inform roadmap decisions. You will study enterprise adoption, develop predictive models for retention and conversion, and embed analytical signals into product and growth workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of data-science experience focused on product analytics, growth, or user behavior
- SQL expertise
- Experience with large event-level user-behavior datasets
- Experience designing ETL workflows with dbt
- Python proficiency
- Knowledge of pandas, scikit-learn, and statsmodels
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and experiments
- Knowledge of power analysis, significance testing, causal inference, and novelty effects
- Experience using AI tools in analytical workflows
