You will own analytics from question framing through production insights. You will measure AI impact, deliver customer-facing analytics, build language and predictive models, design experiments, and turn ambiguous business questions into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities
- Build agentic analytics tools
- Define analytics for AI adoption, growth, and impact
- Deliver customer-facing analytics
- Build language models to categorize, classify, and enrich message data
- Design and run A/B tests, causal-inference studies, and opportunity-sizing analyses
- Develop and deploy forecasting, segmentation, propensity-scoring, and opportunity-sizing models
- Define analytical priorities and deliver initiatives to production
