About the Role

You will collect, clean, and analyze data to identify business and product insights. You will evaluate AI-generation pipelines and models, investigate data issues, model user behavior, design A/B tests, and translate findings into product priorities with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• 8+ years using Python, R, and SQL for analytics
• 5+ years in product-facing roles driving product outcomes through A/B testing
• Experience with Tableau, Looker, Sigma, Seaborn, or ggplot2
• Ability to communicate quantitative findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience building data capabilities alongside data engineering and machine learning
• Willingness to work from the SF or NYC office at least three times per week

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze internal and external data
• Extract insights and identify business and product trends
• Maintain visibility into AI-generation pipelines and quality metrics
• Investigate and correct issues identified through data monitoring
• Analyze user behavior, engagement metrics, and funnels
• Design and analyze A/B tests
• Design and analyze AI-model evaluation metrics
• Translate data insights into product priorities
• Identify and address gaps in data sources
