About the Role
You will own the analytical lifecycle, including framing business questions, designing experiments, and delivering actionable recommendations. You will develop predictive models for forecasting, segmentation, propensity scoring, and opportunity sizing. You will manage and mentor analysts and data scientists, set analytical priorities, allocate resources, and partner with product, research, sales, and finance leaders.

Responsibilities
- Design and lead experimentation programs, including A/B tests, multi-armed bandits, and causal-inference studies
- Develop and deploy predictive models for forecasting, segmentation, propensity scoring, and opportunity sizing
- Manage and mentor a team of analysts and data scientists
- Define analytical priorities, allocate resources, and deliver initiatives from question to production
- Partner with product, research, sales, and finance on growth strategy
