About the Role
You will lead and develop data scientists and analytics engineers while remaining hands-on in code. You will set technical priorities, oversee analytics and research programs, develop measurement and benchmarking frameworks, build agentic workflows and shared infrastructure, and translate business questions into scalable analytics and AI solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related fields
- 2+ years of people management experience
- SQL expertise
- Python expertise

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop data scientists and analytics engineers
- Set technical direction and priorities
- Remain hands-on in code and deliver work alongside the team
- Lead the NPS program, including survey design, sampling, weighting, analysis, and executive reporting
- Oversee survey and research programs
- Build agentic workflows and shared infrastructure for analysis, pipelines, quality assurance, and reporting
- Drive data science, analytics engineering, pipelines, tooling, and data models
- Translate business questions into scalable analytics
- Represent data science in leadership forums
