About the Role

You will analyze user behavior, develop product insights, define metrics, and design and interpret A/B tests. You will build dashboards and reusable data assets, collaborate on ambiguous product questions, use AI-assisted workflows to scale analysis, and clearly communicate findings and recommendations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a data scientist or in a closely related role
• Product analytics and product decision-making expertise
• SQL expertise
• Experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests
• Experience using LLMs and AI tools for data work
• Experience building reporting in Omni, Mode, Hex, Looker, or similar tools
• Ability to structure ambiguous questions and make recommendations
• End-to-end ownership from problem definition through stakeholder adoption

Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior to inform product decisions and improve user experience
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests
• Define metrics, guardrails, dashboards, and reporting workflows
• Partner with engineering, product, growth, design, and user research on decisions
• Build reusable tables, models, and documentation
• Automate recurring analysis and create AI-assisted data workflows
• Communicate findings, uncertainty, and recommendations clearly
