About the Role
You lead the delivery and continuous improvement of Compliance tools and operational processes. You translate regulatory and business requirements into technology solutions, manage delivery roadmaps and backlogs, coordinate testing and launches, work with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders, improve workflows through automation and AI, and support reporting, audits, training, and change management.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Compliance, Financial Crimes, Risk, Product Operations, Product Compliance, or Program Management within financial services, fintech, or digital assets
- Strong working knowledge of BSA/AML and OFAC sanctions requirements
- Experience supporting requirements gathering, design reviews, UAT, launch readiness, and post-launch enhancements
- Experience leading cross-functional projects involving Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Operations
- Strong project management skills including roadmap planning, intake and prioritization, Jira management, dependency tracking, UAT coordination, rollout planning, and documentation
- Ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into product requirements and testable acceptance criteria
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience developing procedures, UAT plans, implementation documentation, status reports, and executive updates
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and escalate risks and trade-offs
- Interest in AI tools, workflow automation, and emerging technologies
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and delivery of Compliance tooling and technology initiatives
- Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize work and track timelines
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Compliance technology initiatives
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and validate delivered functionality
- Document implementation evidence in an audit-ready manner
- Serve as the liaison between Compliance, Product, Engineering, Data, and technology vendors
- Manage relationships with Compliance vendors
- Lead implementation and adoption of new Compliance tools
- Develop communications, training, documentation, and change management plans
- Improve Compliance processes through automation, AI, and workflow enhancements
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards and KPI reports
- Coordinate resource planning, project tracking, and dependencies
- Support regulatory exams, audits, and issue remediation efforts
