About the Role
You will develop and communicate a long-term vision for human-AI interaction and the products built for developers and businesses. You will shape product narratives, lead launch storytelling and campaigns, manage security, privacy, safety, and incident communications, create written materials and demos, support technical leaders, and build media relationships.
Requirements
- Experience leading product or technical communications at a fast-paced B2B technology company or building AI or software products
- Experience leading significant launches and product campaigns
- Exceptional writing skills across formats
- Experience working with security, safety, and engineering teams and managing incidents
- Understanding of the independent media landscape and relationships with influential commentators
- Track record of excellence in products, campaigns, or entrepreneurial work
Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the vision for human-AI interaction and products
- Shape product narratives, particularly for ElevenAgents
- Lead communications for product launches and campaigns
- Own security, privacy, safety, and incident communications
- Create keynotes, talk tracks, social posts, press releases, and product demos
- Build the profiles of technical and product leaders
- Nurture relationships with journalists, creators, podcasters, and influencers
