About the Role
You will lead internal communications for the GTM organization and advise senior commercial leaders. You will manage direct reports, turn complex strategies into clear narratives, anticipate communication needs, run all-hands forums, and ensure consistent updates.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in communications or an adjacent field
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
- Ability to distill complex concepts into plain English
- Experience advising senior leaders
- Organizational culture expertise
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
Responsibilities
- Own the internal communications strategy for the GTM portfolio
- Advise the Chief Commercial Officer and draft communications in their voice
- Manage one or two direct reports supporting the global GTM organization
- Translate sales strategy and customer stories into employee narratives
- Anticipate communication needs for launches, customer wins, organizational changes, and external attention
- Design strategies to increase signal and reduce noise
- Plan and execute all-hands meetings and AMAs
- Ensure updates are accurately and consistently shared across channels and live forums
