About the Role

You will lead communications storytelling for data center, energy, and real-estate work. You will build media relationships, pitch stories, develop narratives and thought leadership, support community engagement, manage agency work, monitor issues, and measure communications outcomes.

Requirements

7+ years of communications or public relations experience
Track record of securing press results at top-tier outlets
Experience using AI agents and LLMs for work
Media relations and independent pitching experience
Exceptional writing skills
Data center, energy, infrastructure, real estate, or AI industry experience preferred
Communications measurement and reporting skills

Responsibilities

Drive a strategic news program
Build and maintain journalist and influencer relationships
Pitch and place stories independently
Support community and stakeholder engagement
Develop messaging with subject matter experts
Develop and place op-eds, keynote scripts, and social content
Monitor media and community issues and coordinate responses
Manage PR agency relationships
Track coverage, share of voice, and program outcomes
