About the Role
You will manage purchase orders and delivery dates, follow up with suppliers, replenish datacenter spare parts, monitor supply-chain KPIs, optimize stock, maintain ERP master data, improve on-time delivery, and document supply-chain procedures.
Requirements
- Master's-level academic background in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- First procurement or supply-chain internship or apprenticeship experience
- ERP experience

Responsibilities
- Manage purchase orders and update delivery dates in the ERP
- Follow up with suppliers to confirm delivery timelines
- Replenish spare-parts stocks in datacenters
- Monitor and update monthly supply-chain KPIs
- Contribute to stock analysis and optimization
- Update ERP supply-chain master data
- Collaborate with internal teams to collect and update ERP master data
- Participate in improving on-time delivery performance
- Document and write supply-chain procedures
