About the Role

You will advise on the structuring, formation, launch, and ongoing operation of infrastructure funds across multiple jurisdictions. You will draft, review, and negotiate fund documentation and offering materials, manage external counsel, and support fundraising and distribution activity. You will advise on governance and regulatory frameworks, partner with business functions on new products, and help develop and scale internal processes.

Requirements

• Solicitor qualification in England and Wales or equivalent.
• Typically 5–8 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience advising on private-market funds, with infrastructure exposure preferred.
• Familiarity with AIFMD and SFDR.
• Commercial judgment and ability to provide practical legal advice.
• Communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work across functions and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience managing external counsel.

Responsibilities

• Advise on the structuring, formation, and launch of infrastructure funds across multiple jurisdictions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate fund documentation and offering materials.
• Manage external counsel for fund formation and ongoing matters.
• Partner with business, product, tax, compliance, and operations teams to deliver new products.
• Provide legal support for fundraising and distribution activities.
• Advise on governance matters involving AIFMs, general partners, and fund boards.
• Analyse and advise on AIFMD and SFDR regulatory frameworks.
• Support the development and scaling of internal processes.
