About the Role

You will advise on commercial, procurement, supply-chain, technology, and vendor matters. You will draft and negotiate contracts, support complex OEM and Tier 1 transactions, advise on related product and privacy issues, manage external counsel, and build scalable legal processes for market expansion.

Requirements

  • License to practice law in California
  • Three or more years of relevant legal experience, including at least two years of law-firm experience and some in-house experience
  • Experience drafting and negotiating complex procurement, supply-chain, technology, and vendor agreements
  • Experience supporting strategic commercial transactions in technology-driven environments
  • Legal analysis, pragmatic communication, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Commercial judgment and legal-risk assessment skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple workstreams
  • Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Advise on global procurement, supply-chain, technology, vendor-management, and US commercial matters
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including procurement, supplier, services, software, data, licensing, and consulting contracts
  • Support strategic OEM and Tier 1 supplier transactions
  • Advise on product, marketing, intellectual property, data privacy, and corporate matters
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to provide commercial legal advice
  • Develop scalable legal processes, templates, playbooks, and governance structures
  • Manage external counsel and coordinate cross-border legal advice
  • Support strategic initiatives, market expansion, and product deployments
  • Educate stakeholders on commercial risk, contracting practices, and legal processes
