About the Role
You will lead legal support for data acquisition and AI training, as well as agentic and search product proposals. You will advise on data, intellectual property, privacy, licensing, safety, security, and AI regulation. You will establish policies, controls, review processes, and practical guidance for responsible model releases.

Responsibilities
- Advise on data acquisition and use for AI training and development
- Advise on agentic and search-based product proposals
- Provide legal advice on intellectual property, privacy, licensing, and AI regulation
- Design and implement data integrity standards and processes
- Develop data provenance, tracking, and usage policies
- Implement data controls for responsible model releases
- Advise on data considerations in commercial and strategic transactions
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments and translate them into practical guidance
