About the Role
You will lead complex enterprise software negotiations, advise on AI, privacy, security, and regulatory matters, and manage commercial risks. You will create contract playbooks and templates, partner with product and security stakeholders, advise leadership, and build trusted relationships with customer legal teams.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
- 5-7 years of relevant legal experience supporting enterprise software sales and complex commercial transactions
- Knowledge of SaaS agreements, software licensing, and technology transactions
- Experience closing complex multi-stakeholder deals
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and enterprise stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead legal negotiations for complex enterprise software agreements
- Advise customers on AI, privacy, security, and compliance requirements
- Design contract playbooks, templates, and scalable legal processes
- Identify and manage commercial and legal risks
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, and Privacy stakeholders
- Advise leadership on commercial legal matters and AI regulations
- Build relationships with enterprise customer legal teams
