About the Role
You will partner with product, engineering, design, and related functions to understand the product roadmap. You will provide legal counsel from ideation through operation, translate regulatory developments into practical guidance, advise on intellectual property, AI, copyright, music, content safety, privacy, data protection, security, and advertising, and develop scalable legal processes.
Requirements
- JD and active US state bar membership in good standing
- 8+ years of experience
- Substantial in-house technology product experience
- Copyright and music experience preferred
- Business acumen
- Ability to partner with business and technical teams
- Clear communication with business and technical audiences
- Eligibility to work in the US
- Ability to work on site in Los Angeles
Responsibilities
- Partner with product, engineering, and design on the product roadmap

- Monitor regulatory developments and provide practical guidance
