About the Role
You will own messaging, positioning, and go-to-market narratives for commercial audiences. You will translate complex AI capabilities into clear stories for technical and non-technical buyers, create sales enablement assets, build customer demos, and lead product launches. You will work with product managers, engineering, sales, and business development to incorporate customer and market insights into product narratives and direction.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product marketing experience with a strong technical orientation
- Experience at a startup or fast-growing private or public technology company
- Experience owning messaging and positioning strategy that drives pipeline and deal velocity
- Ability to operate as a senior individual contributor and drive cross-functional initiatives with minimal oversight
- Ability to explain AI and machine learning concepts to varied audiences
- Experience partnering with product and engineering teams on demos and product narratives
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills
- Experience influencing peers, leaders, and roadmap direction without formal authority
- Bachelor's degree
Responsibilities
- Own messaging and positioning strategy across commercial audiences
- Define category positioning and differentiated market narrative
- Partner with sales and business development to create content and assets that accelerate deal velocity
- Work with product managers and engineering to understand the platform, roadmap, and customer needs
- Translate AI concepts into clear language for technical and non-technical buyers
- Design and build product demos tailored to prospective customers
- Develop sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, solution briefs, FAQs, and competitive positioning
- Lead product launches from positioning through field enablement and readiness
- Set product marketing standards and mentor others without formal authority
- Gather customer, field, and market input to inform positioning, messaging, and product direction
