About the Role
You will lead product engagement with strategic customers, discover and define AI infrastructure requirements, translate needs into product specifications and engineering priorities, align roadmap and delivery decisions, support infrastructure design and capacity planning, and define reusable AI infrastructure capabilities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of technical product management experience focused on infrastructure, cloud computing, or AI/ML platforms
- Technical understanding of GPU compute, InfiniBand, RoCE, distributed storage, Kubernetes, and Slurm
- AI infrastructure expertise across GPU compute, networking, storage, bare metal, Kubernetes, or Slurm
- Experience defining enterprise customer infrastructure requirements and product specifications
- Understanding of AI/ML training, fine-tuning, and inference workloads at scale
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams on complex infrastructure products
- Written and verbal communication skills for technical and executive audiences
- Experience with bare metal infrastructure and managed cloud services
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
Responsibilities
- Lead product engagement and requirements discovery for strategic AI infrastructure customers
- Define customer requirements for training, inference, GPU clusters, bare metal, orchestration, networking, and storage
- Understand customer technical needs, deployment timelines, workload patterns, and success criteria
- Translate customer requirements into product requirements, technical specifications, and engineering priorities
- Partner with engineering, infrastructure, networking, storage, and operations teams to deliver solutions
- Align customer needs, product roadmap, architecture decisions, and delivery execution
- Define requirements for compute, storage, networking, cluster topology, Kubernetes, and Slurm
- Support infrastructure design, capacity planning, performance, operational readiness, and acceptance criteria
- Define repeatable AI infrastructure offerings
