About the Role
You will analyze business processes and technical challenges, define requirements, and produce technical specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and documentation. You will work with cloud and distributed technologies, support release and incident analysis, and use AI tools to improve analysis and solution delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent
- At least six years of experience working with engineering teams on software solutions
- At least six years of systems analysis experience
- Experience with AI-powered tools including Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Gemini
- Technical analysis experience with cloud and distributed technologies
- Knowledge of AWS, Swagger, APIs, Spring Core, XML, REST, JSON, Splunk, Datadog, SQL, and QA automation
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, data, and technical challenges
- Define requirements, solution recommendations, and technical specifications
- Translate business objectives into actionable solution designs
- Author user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, system workflows, and product documentation
- Partner with engineering, architecture, product, and business stakeholders
- Prioritize initiatives and deliver results
- Perform technical analysis of cloud and distributed technologies
- Support release management and production incident analysis and resolution
- Use AI and generative AI tools for analysis, research, requirements development, and decision support
