About the Role

Architect advanced machine learning solutions, lead complex initiatives, improve engineering standards, mentor junior engineers, and guide teams in building scalable production-ready systems. Create, deploy, monitor, and optimize models for fraud detection, recommendations, and other large-scale applications.

Requirements

Advanced degree in statistics, machine learning, or a related area
Statistics and machine learning expertise
Experience leading large-scale data science initiatives
Hands-on experience creating, training, and fine-tuning models
Production model deployment, monitoring, drift detection, and retraining experience
Classical machine learning experience in fraud or anomaly detection, recommendation, or churn/LTV
Supervised learning and transfer learning
Neural networks
Basic LLM knowledge
MLOps foundations including feature stores, experiment tracking, model registries, and continuous training pipelines
Model serving and inference optimization
Graph-based fraud detection experience
