About the Role
You'll join the Core Recruiting team within People Success, owning hiring across Coinbase's G&A functions. You'll be responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting for some of the hardest-to-fill roles, partnering directly with senior leaders to understand their talent needs, build strong pipelines, and drive process improvements that help the recruiting team scale.
Requirements
- 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or similarly fast-paced, high-growth environment, with demonstrated success closing senior and hard-to-attract candidates
- Experience building and scaling recruiting processes across global markets
- Deep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping and sourcing through interviewing and closing
- Data-driven approach to pipeline management with the ability to translate recruiting metrics into strategic recommendations
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close for complex, senior-level searches
- Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research
- Partner with senior leaders to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies
- Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to inform hiring efficiency and surface bottlenecks
- Design and implement recruiting processes and pilot programs to help the team scale globally
