About the Role
You will define and execute go-to-market strategy for AI models, Model Hub, evaluations, and evaluation harnesses. You will translate technical decisions into positioning and launches, create technical content, monitor market developments, and equip customer-facing functions to drive adoption.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience or related experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, liberal arts, or a related field
- Experience in AI infrastructure, enterprise software, data platforms, or a related technical category
- Knowledge of LLMs, multimodal models, inference, context windows, RAG, embeddings, agents, model routing, evaluations, and benchmarking
- Technical storytelling and writing skills
- Experience bringing complex technical products to market
Responsibilities
- Own product marketing strategy and go-to-market plans for Glean Intelligence
- Translate technical architecture, tradeoffs, roadmaps, and customer value into positioning and messaging
- Lead launches for models and platform capabilities
- Create content about model quality, evaluations, reliability, safety, and enterprise AI deployment
- Bring Model Hub to market
- Equip Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Partners with context and proof points
