Principal Product Manager CX and Developer Platform

About the Role
You will own the end-to-end product vision and delivery for customer-facing surfaces and the developer platform. You will define and execute the roadmap, drive UI excellence, translate strategy into actionable Jira user stories, work directly with external clients to gather requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver scalable SDKs, portals, and dashboards.
Requirements
- Prior experience building a front-end product and building for developers (B2B)
- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Jira
- Proficiency in SQL and strong understanding of database structure and mechanics
- Proficiency interacting with and understanding REST API
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Proactive self-motivation and willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong decision-making skills with documented rationale and ability to iterate quickly
- Humility and willingness to ask questions and credit colleagues
- Experience in crypto fintech brokerage brokerage-as-a-service or trading industries
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for the Developer Platform and all SDKs
- Construct maintain and execute the product roadmap to deliver products features and enhancements
- Interface directly with external clients to elicit requirements and product feedback
- Collaborate with finance compliance client services growth sales and marketing to coordinate cross-functional initiatives
- Translate high-level concepts into detailed actionable tasks and user stories using Jira
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends best practices and emerging regulations particularly in crypto and compliance
- Collaborate with other product team members to foster continuous learning and growth
