About the Role

You will take full ownership of the core firmware product across all Trezor devices. You will define the product vision, strategy and roadmap, prioritize security improvements, UX enhancements and new feature support, and lead the full lifecycle of firmware features from discovery through launch and iteration. You will translate complex technical constraints into clear product requirements and ensure firmware development meets high security and usability standards while collaborating with engineering, design, and security stakeholders. You will be expected to collaborate onsite regularly in Prague.

Requirements

Experience in technical product management ideally in firmware embedded systems or hardware integrated software
Ability to collaborate deeply with design and UX teams on usability on device and cross platform flows
Interest or background in bitcoin crypto wallets or security focused products
High ownership mindset and comfort being accountable for a critical product surface area
Ability to collaborate onsite regularly in Prague
Experience with secure devices constrained embedded systems or open source environments (strong plus)

Responsibilities

Own product vision strategy and roadmap for core firmware across Trezor devices
Define priorities across security improvements UX enhancements and new feature support
Lead the full lifecycle of firmware features including discovery specification delivery launch and iteration
Translate complex technical constraints into clear product requirements and decisions
Ensure firmware development aligns with high security and UX standards in collaboration with multiple teams
