About the Role
You will own and scale the Business Banking product for US-founded, globally operating startups. You will define and drive the roadmap across accounts, treasury, payments, expenses, approvals, contractor payouts, and payroll. You will engage directly with customers and design partners, partner with engineering and infrastructure, ship and iterate quickly for growth, balance compliance and risk while preserving a founder-first UX, and build internal tools to speed onboarding and operations.
Requirements
- 10+ years product experience in fintech or business banking
- Deep understanding of business banking from experience at companies like Ramp or Brex or similar
- Experience working in hyper growth companies
- Technical degree or technical background
- Founder mindset or prior startup founding experience
- Bias to action ruthless prioritization and high ownership
Responsibilities
- Own the Business Banking roadmap including accounts treasury payments expenses approvals contractor payouts and payroll
- Build product solutions for US startups operating across fiat and stablecoins
- Collaborate closely with customers and design partners to inform product decisions
- Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to deliver features
- Ship and iterate quickly to drive growth
- Balance compliance and risk requirements with a simple founder first UX
- Build internal tools to accelerate onboarding and operations
