About the Role

You will own the end-to-end design and execution of tokenization products. You will define issuance frameworks, smart contract requirements, and lifecycle flows; translate product requirements into production-ready systems; integrate with partners and auditors; build reconciliation between on-chain and off-chain records; and analyze on-chain data to optimize performance and reliability.

Requirements

Minimum of 5+ years experience in Product Management
Experience building API-based products
Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, smart contract architecture, token standards (ERC-20, ERC-3643, Canton CIP), and issuance and settlement models
Proven ability to develop product and go-to-market strategies and communicate recommendations to executive management
Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools, particularly Jira
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to write SQL queries and analyze data
Preferred: experience building tokenization, digital securities, or stablecoin issuance products
Preferred: familiarity with EVM, Canton, and other permissioned chain environments
Preferred: background in capital markets, securities operations, or transfer agency

Responsibilities

Own the Tokenization roadmap and drive execution
Design end-to-end token issuance and servicing flows
Integrate and onboard tokenization partners, smart contract auditors, and blockchain vendors
Collaborate with Engineering to translate requirements into production-ready systems for EVM and permissioned chains
Develop reconciliation processes between on-chain and off-chain records and automate exception handling
Ensure tokenization flows meet regulatory, transfer restriction, and investor eligibility requirements
Write technical specifications, smart contract requirements, and API documentation
Analyze on-chain and transaction data to optimize performance and inform product decisions
